Withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Moritz Kübler, 53498 Bad Breisig Brunnenstrasse 19. Contact: viperperformance.coaching@gmail.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email).

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day I receive your withdrawal notice. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used, unless otherwise agreed.

Expiry of the withdrawal right for digital content (PDF)

For digital content (e.g., PDF training plans), your withdrawal right expires once performance has begun (e.g., download access is provided / the file is delivered), after you

1. expressly consented to the execution beginning before the withdrawal period ends, and

2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your withdrawal right.

Services (coaching / video analysis)

If you request that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends and you later withdraw, you must pay an appropriate amount for the services provided up to the time you notify the withdrawal.

Refund summary:

• PDFs: No refund after delivery/access if the withdrawal right has expired as described above.

• Coaching/video analysis: If started, refunds may be pro‑rated as above; no refund once fully performed.
