2. Website operation

When you visit this website, technical data is processed (e.g., IP address, date/time, pages visited) to provide the website, ensure security, and troubleshoot errors.

3. Shop / Orders (digital products & services)

When you place an order, I process data required to perform the contract (e.g., name, billing details, email address, payment status, products/services purchased) and to comply with legal obligations (e.g., retention requirements).

4. Digital products (PDF training plans)

To deliver/provide the PDF training plans, I process your email address and order details. Delivery is typically provided immediately after successful payment (e.g., via download link and/or email delivery).

5. 1:1 coaching (messages + optional appointments)

For coaching, I process the content you send via messages and any training-related information you provide, solely to deliver the coaching service. If an appointment is agreed individually, I process the contact and scheduling data required to arrange it.

6. Video technique analysis

If you send videos/files/links for analysis, I process them exclusively to perform the analysis and return feedback/comments.
Retention: I store videos and related materials only as long as needed for service delivery and delete them afterwards, no later than 30 Days

7. Payments

Payments are processed via the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment data is processed by the relevant payment provider; I typically receive confirmation/status information only.
